First of all itīs impossible to shoot every Enemy you will not have enough Ammo 2 do this

Here some Hints :

Use the normal Pistol for Zombies shoot until they go down then Equip the Knife
and go and attack them down, if the Zombie stand up again use pistol again

with the Shootgun just let the Zombie come close 2 U and then shoot them with 1 !!! Bullet

Shoot Giant Snake only if the Head is up and press X again to hit 


The great Plant in the Garden House use the Pistol !!! 

Shoot the Green Monsters with the Colt (If U can) the will die after one Hit

After shoot a Giant Spider leave the room and re-enter (the little Spiders will disapear)

Shoot the Fishes (until they ar in water) with Pistol (U canīt kill them any way 4 now)

Donīt shoot the 3 Zombies in the labor if U can run away (they will appear every Time U re-enter)

Shoot the Spidermans (only If U have to) with the Colt one Shoot and they Die

Instead of shoot Crows runaway (there is no need to kill them)

If U donīt need the Ink (or U are Jill) from the Room behind the Room with the 1F Manssion Map donīt 
enter

Run in all Room with little Snake the wonīt catch U
